Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By submitting your phone number through a form on this Site, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Advanced PainCare & BioHealth Institute at the number provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving any service or treatment from our practice.

Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are governed by your individual wireless plan. Advanced PainCare & BioHealth Institute does not charge a fee to receive SMS messages from us.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may stop receiving SMS messages from us at any time using any of the following methods:
• Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further marketing SMS messages.

To re-enroll in SMS communications after opting out, reply START to any prior message or contact our office. Opting out of marketing SMS does not affect any messages sent in connection with active patient care you have established with our practice.
